Cost: $500
Plan Includes:

  • Initial Consultation: We discuss your goals, challenges, and how SSP can support you.

  • Personalized Listening Plan: You will receive a customized SSP plan tailored to your needs.

  • Guided Listening Sessions: You will listen to the SSP music through the MyUnyte app, gradually building your tolerance.

  • Check-in Sessions: Regular support to track progress, adjust the pacing, and provide guidance.

  • Final Integration Session: We discuss changes, insights, and the next steps for continued healing.I

We also offer flexible payment plans to make access easier.

  • 2 payments of $255 (total: $510)

  • 3 payments of $175 (total: $525)

  • 5 weekly payments of $110 (total: $550)

The higher total covers the cost of installment processing fees. If you'd like to set up a payment plan, just let us know what works best for you. We're happy to help.

Add Co-Regulation Support

Need someone to sit with you during your Safe and Sound Protocol sessions? We offer virtual co-regulation, where a trained provider is present with you in real time—offering calm, attuned support while you listen.

Choose the level of support that works for you:

  • Full Protocol Support (5 hours total): $810
    Best value. Covers the entire SSP journey with scheduled co-regulation during your listening sessions.

  • As-Needed Support: $45 per 15 minutes
    Ideal if you need support for only part of the protocol. Billed in 15-minute increments.

We’ll walk you through both options during your consultation so you can choose what feels right.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards for secure payment. All payments are processed through IvyPay, a HIPAA-compliant and secure processing system. If you have any questions about payment options, please reach out—we’re here to help.

Insurance:

We do not accept insurance for the SSP because insurance companies do not yet cover it. All sessions for this service are offered on a private pay basis. To make our services accessible, we also provide an income-based sliding scale option to accommodate various financial situations. Please reach out to fill out the sliding scale application.
